Travel agents sell group tours on behalf of the operator. They book repeatedly, for other people, and they answer questions about trips they arranged weeks ago.
A different user
A consumer booking flow is built for one confident purchase. An agent dashboard is built for the tenth booking of the week, and for the phone call about the third. Speed of repeat entry pulls against being able to find things later, and the design has to serve both.
What I built
The full loop, from browsing what is available to answering a query about a past trip.
- Tour listings with the availability and pricing an agent quotes from.
- Booking creation built for repetition rather than for a first-time buyer.
- Full booking history, searchable, because that is where the support calls land.
